In June I wrote a nasty note about Initial
Underwriting Group. It turns out I was wrong. I tried to contact pissedconsumer.com but they won't return my emails!!!
I ended up contacting the Head
Underwriter at IUG, he was a very quick to figure out the problem and find a solution. It turned out I really didn't the refund, I just needed someone to make sure that my file got serviced. I was okay with the outcome and this note is to apologize to all the
staff members of IUG, you guys made it work for me. Thank you.
